大肠癌临床诊疗新进展

大肠癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.在我国,大肠癌的发病率及死亡率近年来有逐年上升的趋势.随着医学科学技术的革新,出现了许多先进的大肠癌诊断方法,包括CT与MRI,光电子发射断层,内镜检查,放射免疫显像及基因诊断等,大大提高了大肠癌的诊断率,为肿瘤分期、局部复发及预后评估提供重要的指导作用.目前大肠癌的治疗以手术为主,辅助化学治疗、放射治疗、热疗、分子靶向治疗、基因治疗、免疫治疗及中医治疗等方法进行综合治疗,显著降低了大肠癌的复发率与病死率,提高了患者生存率及生活质量.

Latest Clinical Progression of Diagnosis and Treatment for Colorectal Cancer

Objective Cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the clinical. In our country, the inci- dence and mortality of colorectal cancer have increased year by year recently. As the innovation of medical science and technology, many advanced colorectal diagnostic methods occurred, such as CT, MRI, PET, endoscopic examina- tion,RIS and gene diagnosis etc ,which greatly increased the rate of diagnosis of colorectal cancer and provided an important guiding role for tumor stage ,local recurrence and prognosis. Currently, the main treatment method of color- ectal cancer is surgery,combined with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, thermotherapy, molecular targeting therapy, gene therapy, immunotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment etc, which significantly reduce the recur- rence rate and mortality of colorectal cancer, and improve survival and life quality of tumor patients.
