卡托普利对糖尿病白内障保护作用机制的实验性探讨

摘    要:目的 观察卡托普利对大鼠糖尿病性白内障的防治作用并探讨其机制。方法 对链尿菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,予以卡托普利(0.1%饮水)治疗12周,观察其对晶体脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、晶体内糖基化终产物形成的作用及对糖尿病性白内障发生率的影响。结果 卡托普利可明显降低晶体中丙二醛及糖化终产物的含量,显著降低大鼠糖尿病性白内障的发生率。结论 卡托普利可通过降低晶体中丙二醛及糖基化终产物的含量,对糖尿病性白内障具有防治作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effects of captopril on diabetic cataract in rats.Methods Male Sprague-Dawleey rats,rendered diabetic with streptozocin,were treated with 0.1% captopril in drinking water for 12 weeks,then malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced glycation end products(AGEs)in the crystal of diabetic rats were measured,examination of rat eyes was also performed.Results captopril can reduce accumulation of AGEs in crystal,reduce MDA content,decrease the incidence of diabetic cataract.Conclusion These findings suggested that captopril may have a value in treatment of diabetic cataract.
