公共场所从业人员艾滋病知识及态度分析

目的　了解公共场所从业人员对艾滋病基本知识掌握情况及其对在宾馆中放置安全套的看法 ,为在宾馆中推广使用安全套预防艾滋病提供依据。方法　采用自行设计的调查问卷 ,由调查者现场发放 ,被调查者匿名填写后 ,调查者当场收回。结果　公共场所从业人员对艾滋病传播途径有较好的掌握 ,正确回答率在 92 .0 %以上 ,但是 ,在非传播途径的了解方面存在一些模糊认识。在不同的人群中 ,艾滋病知识和态度存在差异。 6 6 .5 %的人认为安全套可以预防艾滋病 ,80 .6 %的人愿意帮助宣传安全套的作用 ,5 8.4 %的人赞成在宾馆中放置安全套。 1 6 .4 %的人认为在宾馆中存在商业性活动。结论　应进一步加强公共场所从业人员的艾滋病教育 ,使其对艾滋病基本知识有一个全面的了解。在宾馆中推广使用安全套有一定的认识基础和现实要求。但是 ,应加强预防艾滋病措施的宣传 ,出台相关的政策

Knowledge and attitude toward AIDS among servants in public places

Objective To understand the grasp condition of AIDS knowledge and attitude to condom laid in the hotel among servants in public places in order to provide basis of promotion condom in the guest rooms for preventing HIV.Methods Four hundred and thirty one servants on duty in public places completed a self reported questionnaire including knowledge about HIV transmission and attitudes to condom laid in the guest room.The self reported questionnaires were distributed on the spots.The survey was done anonymously.Results The findings revealed that they had good knowledge about AIDS,but they still had some confused ideas about non transmission route of AIDS.The knowledge and attitude of AIDS were different among different population.66.5% of the servants believed that condom can prevent AIDS.80.6% were willing to propagandize the condom.58.4% approved laying condom in guest room in hotel.16.4% considered that commercial sex service was true in hotel.Conclusion AIDS education should be enhanced to servants in public places for improving their knowledge about AIDS conprehensively.There are a basis of common knowledge and need of promoting condom used in hotel.But we should reinforce the precaution of AIDS and advance the relevant policy.
