天麻钩藤颗粒对利血平致偏头痛模型小鼠的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨天麻钩藤颗粒对利血平致偏头痛模型小鼠的影响,为该复方制剂临床应用的拓展提供参考。方法:采用利血平致小鼠偏头痛模型,观察天麻钩藤颗粒对模型小鼠行为学、血中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力以及脑组织肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。结果:天麻钩藤颗粒能提高偏头痛小鼠的体温(P<0.01),增加自主活动和悬尾活动次数(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高SOD活力(P<0.05),降低血清NO含量(P<0.01),升高脑组织E、NE、5-HT的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒对利血平致偏头痛有治疗作用,其作用机制与调节血中NO、SOD、MDA含量及脑组织E、NE、5-HT等单胺类神经递质的含量有关。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Tianma Gouteng Granules on mouse with migraine.Methods: Mice’s migraine model induced by reserpine was given Tianma Gouteng Granules,mice’s behavior and blood levels of NO,SOD,MDA,and content of E,NE,5-HT in brain tissue were determined.Results: The Tianma Gouteng Granules can obviously increase the mice’s body temperature,add automonic activities and tail suspension activities,increase the vigor of SOD,and the content of E,NE and 5-HT in brain tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng Granules has therapeutical effect of migraine and the mechanism is related to the regulation of blood levels of NO,SOD and MDA and the content of monoamine neurotransmitter such as E,NE and 5-HT in the brain tissue.
