电针对大鼠内分泌激素的调节作用及其机制初探

摘    要:本实验观察了电针对大鼠血清TSH、T4、T3、rT3、皮质醇和睾酮,下丘脑和垂体β-EP,血浆CAMP和cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值的影响。结果表明:电针大鼠“足三里”穴使血清T4和T3含量升高的同时,伴有血浆cAMP和cGMP含量明显下降。提示环核苷酸可能参与电针对大鼠甲状腺激素的调节作用。

The Regulation of Electroacupuncture on the Contents of Endocrine Hormones and Preliminary Exploration for Its Mechanism in Rats
Abstract:In this experiment, we have observed the effects of electroacupuncture on the contents of serum TSH, T4, T3, rT3, cortisol and testosterone, hypothalamic and pituitary β-EP, plasma cAMP, cGMP and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP. The results showed that the contents of serum T3 and T4 were obviously increased, while the plasma cAMP and cGMP decreased significantly by electroacupuncture at Zusanli acupoint. It suggested that electroacupuncture has a regulative action on the thyroid hormones, and cyclic nucleotides may be involved in the action.
