大鼠海马内Kappa阿片受体在电针抑制电惊厥中的作用

摘    要:大鼠海马内微量注射Kappa受体激动剂U-50488H可以抑制电惊厥的发作,并加强电针对电惊厥的抑制作用,而注射该受体的拮抗剂MR2266或强啡肽A1-13抗血清,均使发作加剧,并可消除电针对电惊厥的抑制作用。结果显示:海马内的Kappa受体及强啡肽与电惊厥发作及电针抑制效应密切相关。

Role of Intrahippocampal Kappa Receptor in the Inhibition of Electroconvulsive Seizure by Electroacupuncture(EA) in Rats
Abstract:The present work mainly deals with the relationship between Kappa receptors of hippocampus and electroacupuncture anticonvulsion. Microinjection of U-50488H into the hippocampus reduced the epileptiform activities and increased the EA anticonvulsion significantly. Microinjection of MR2266 or dynorphin A1~13 antiserum induced the provocation of the epileptiform activities, and resulted in disap pearance or reversal of the inhibitory effects of EA on seizure. The results suggest that Kappareceptors in hippocampus may play an important role in electroconvulsive seizure and EA anticonvulsion
