摘    要:脑血管疾病是目前公认的人类三大致死疾病之一,其中缺血性脑血管疾病发病率在我国高达70%,国外高达80%以上。由于脑缺血后神经元损伤一旦达到不可逆阶段,就无法自然修复,后果严重,因而探讨其有效的防治措施和发病机理,是国内外医学研究的热点和重点。本实验选择凝闭大脑中动脉致大鼠局灶性脑缺血为模型,以局部脑血流量(rCBF)、脑组织水含量、SOD和MDA为指标,观察电针对其影响,并进一步探讨电针防治缺血性脑损伤的机理。材料和方法①实验动物:选用健康Wistar大鼠,体重200一300g,雌雄不拘,由我所标准动物房提供。将动物…

Influences of Electric Acupuncture on Cerebral Blood Flow,Cerebral Fluid Content,SOD and MDA in Mice of Focal Cerebral Ischemia
Abstract:Focal cerebral ischemia model by blocking mice's middle cerebral artery was selected in this re search, and focal cerebral blood flow (rCBF), cerebral fluid content, SOD and MDA were made as in dexes. Then the influences of electric acupuncture on every ischemia region were observed as follows: atter blocking mice's middle cerebral artery for 6o minutes, in ischemia region rCBF dropped marked ly, cerebral fluid content went up markedly, the activity of SOD dropped markedly and MAD content rose markedly; after electric acupuncture for 1O minutes, in ischemia region, rCBF rose significantly, cerebral fluid content dropped markedly, the activity of SOD went up markedly and MAD content dropped markedly. It implied electric acupuncture, cou1d raise rCBF, improve cerebraI fluid content, enhance the activity of SOD and drop MAD content, so it can protect the cerebral from secondly injury after ischemia
