| 摘 要： | 目的研究亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(亚临床甲减)对血压的影响。方法在进行甲状腺功能检查的1 621例患者中,根据血清TSH、FT3、FT4结果,分别选取亚临床甲减患者120例(亚临床甲减组),甲状腺功能正常者120例(正常对照组)作为研究对象。测量2组的血压、身高和体质量,比较2组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和平均动脉压(MAP)水平,分析亚临床甲减患者高血压患病的危险性。结果排除年龄、性别、BMI等因素的影响,亚临床甲减组的SBP、DBP和MAP水平与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);亚临床甲减组高血压患病的危险性显著高于正常对照组(OR=2.15,95%CI1.01~4.60,P=0.04)。结论亚临床甲减对SBP、DBP和MAP没有影响,但会增加患者高血压患病的危险性。
