豨莶草局部外用的抗炎镇痛作用研究

目的观察局部外用豨莶草甲醇提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验、大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀试验进行抗炎作用研究；采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法进行镇痛作用研究。结果豨莶草甲醇提取物有明显抑制炎症模型小鼠耳廓肿胀和足趾肿胀的作用，能延长热痛试验中小鼠舐后足的时间，能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体的次数，以5％豨莶草组为优（P〈0．01），其作用呈一定的量效关系。结论局部外用豨莶草具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Research of Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of Local Application of Siegesbeckia Orientalisl

Objective： To evaluate the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of methanolic extract of siegesbeckia orientalis after local application. Method： The mice＇s auricular swelling test, the rat＇s toe swelling test induced by carrageenan, the pain - test by hot and the mice＇s wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid were conducted. Results： Siegesbeckia orientalis could depress swelling of the mice in auricular swelling test, inhibit the rat＇s toe swelling caused by albumen, pro- long the time of the mice＇s lapping back legs during the pain - test by hot and could reduce the times of wrenching their bodies caused by the irritation of acetic acid sharply. And the effect of the 5% siegesbeckia orientalisl is the best. Conclusion： Local application of siegesbeckia orientalis has the anti -inflammatory and analgesic effect.
