| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宁夏回、汉族白癜风患者HLA—DRB1＊03、＊07、＊12、HLA—DQB1＊02等位基因的差异性。方法采用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应（PCR—SSP）方法对114例白癜风患者（汉族84例，回族30例）及对照组进行HLA上述四个等位基因检测。结果宁夏回、汉族正常对照组四个等位基因频率的比较示：回族HLA—DRB1＊12（15．00％比6．11％）等位基因频率较汉族增高（P〈0．05），并且宁夏汉族患者组HLA—DRB1＊12（15．47％比6．11％）等位基因频率较正常组增高（P〈0．05）。结论宁夏汉族人群，HLA—DRB1＊12等位基因可能与白癜风的发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the difference between Hui and Han vitiligo patients in HLA - DRB1 ＊ 03, ＊ 07, ＊ 12, HLA - DQB1 ＊ 02 allele genes in Ningxia. Methods The HLA - DRB1 ＊ 03, ＊ 07, ＊ 12, HLA - DQB1 ＊ 02 alleles were detected by poly- merase chain reaction- -sequence specific primers （PCR- SSP）method in 114 patients with vitiligo and normal controls in Ningxia. Results In control group the frequencies of HLA - DRB1 ＊ 12 in Hui （ 15.00% ） were higher than that in Han （6.11%）. And in Ningxia Han group the frequencies of HLA - DRB1 ＊ 12 in patients （ 15.47% ） is higher than that in control group （6.11% ）. Conclusion HLA - DRB1 ＊ 12 allele may be associated with the incidence of vitiligo in Ningxia Hart nationality. |
