| 摘 要： | 对我院收治的３７６全外颌窦鳞状细胞癌全部随访５年以上。Ⅱ期５例，Ⅲ期１２１例，Ⅳ期２５０例。Ⅲ，Ⅳ期共３７１例，占９８．７％，单纯放疗１７４例，单纯手术４５例，综合治疗１５７例，５年生存率分别为１３．８％，４４．４％和２９．９％。术前与术后放射对生存率无影响。单一依赖扩大手术范围并不能提高生存率。８０．７％的死因为局部复发。
