| 摘 要： | 采用离体血管环的方法对长期服用非亚型特异性拟多巴胺类药物左旋多巴后大鼠主动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体两亚型（ＤＡ１，ＤＡ２）的变化进行了观察。结果显示：长期服用左旋多巴后大鼠主动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体两亚型（ＤＡ１，ＤＡ２）均显著下调，但一定时间后受体有回升趋势。

| Abstract: | Isolated blood ring assays were used to study the changes of dopamine receptors in rat aorta vascular smooth muscles after oral L dopa.The results indicated that after oral L dopa the two subtypes (DA 1 and DA 2) of dopamine receptors in rat aorta were down regulated obveriously,but,after a period of down regulation the reaction of dopamine receptors were recoveried a little. |
