| 摘 要： | 中空纤维透析器是血液净化透析治疗中的重要组成部分,而超滤率和清除率是评价透析器治疗效果的两大性能指标。本文使用膜面积相等、同为高通量的三种不同材料透析器（三醋酸纤维透析器、聚醚砜透析器与聚砜透析器）作为实验材料,测试并比较三种材料透析器对小分子代表物质（尿素、肌酐）和中分子代表物质（磷酸盐、维生素B,2）的清除率,以及血液流率与清除率之间的相关关系,以期对透析器的临床使用及国内透析器制备行业的发展等提供参考性建议。

| Abstract: | Hollow fiber dialyser is an important part of blood purification dialysis,ultrafiltration rate and clearance are two performance indexes to evaluate the treatment effect of dialyser.Equal,this article USES the membrane area with high flux of three different materials dialyser（3 acetate fiber dialyser,polyether sulfone dialyser and polysulfone dialyser） as experiment material,test and compare the three kinds of material dialyser for small molecules on behalf of the molecules of a material（urea and creatinine） and on behalf of the material（clearance,phosphate,vitamin B_（12）） and blood flow velocity and clearance of the relationship between,to the clinical use of dialyser and improvement direction of dialysis membrane preparation to provide reference suggestion. |
