| 摘 要： | 准确判定隐形眼镜护理液中有效成分的理化指标是否合格具有重要实际意义,也是卫生监督检验机构的主要职责之一。吸光光度法因具有高灵敏度、高准确度、测试简便快速等优点,在各类理化检验实验室中日益普及。本文旨在综述吸光光度法在隐形眼镜护理液定量分析检测中的应用进展。

| Abstract: | Accurate determination of the physical and chemical parameters of components in the contact lens care solution has important practical significance, which also is one of the major responsibilities of the health supervision and inspection agencies. Benefit from the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy, simple and rapid test processes, the absorbance spectrophotometry has increasing popularity in various P＆C Labs. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the application of absorption speetrophotometry in quantitative analysis of the contact lens care solution. |
