埃索美拉唑在治疗HP相关性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡中的价值

目的:探索埃索美拉唑为主治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)相关的慢性胃炎及十二指肠溃疡的治疗效果。方法:66例HP阳性的慢性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡患者给与埃索美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林3联治疗1周,停药4周后复查胃镜及C14-HP。结果:HP根除率94%,溃疡愈合率85%,糜烂修复率100%,临床症状改善率100%。结论:以埃索美拉唑为主的3联1周疗法根除HP效果明显,根除HP后胃粘膜糜烂修复、溃疡愈合。

A clinic study on esomeprazole as a main method to cure chronic gastritis with HP and duodenal ulcer

Objective:To study the effect about esomeprazole as a main method to cure chronic gastritis with the infection of helicobacter pylori (HP) and duodenal ulcer Methods:Esomeprazole Ceramycinum Amoxicillinum is used to cure 66 cases of chronic gastritis with the infection of HP and duodenal ulcer for one week , after four weeks to check endoscopic and C14-HP . Results:HP Eradication rate was 94%, Cure rate 86% to ulcer , cure rate 100% to erosion , cure rate 100% to clinic symptom . Conclusion:The method using Esomeprazole Ceramycinum Amoxicillm for one week is very good to eradicate the infection of HP . It is very effective in gastric mucosa erosion cure and ulcer cure .
