| 摘 要： | 目的：评价经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌(PCa)的临床应用价值及护理。方法：回顾性分析经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检222例临床资料。结果：经病理分析，222例穿刺病例中，前列腺癌107例，良性前列腺增生110例，结核2例，前列腺肉瘤2例，上皮内瘤1例。结论：经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是一种安全有效的检查诊断方法，有助于提高前列腺癌的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinic utility and nurse of transrectal ultrasound guided needle biopsies in prostatic cancer.Methods:The characteristics of clinic data data was analyzed retrospectively in the 222 cases of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate.Results:In pathologic diagnosis,prostatic cancer 107 cases,benign prostatic hyperplasia 110 cases,prostatic tuberculosis 2 cases,prostatic sarcoma 2 cases,atypical hyperplasia 1 cases.Conclusions:Transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate is a safe methods and beneficial to diagnose PCA of early stage. |
