| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大剂量甲基强的松龙对急性播散性脑脊髓炎的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月～2005年4月32例使用大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗急性播散性脑脊髓炎患者,并与1998年1月～2002年12月38例使用地塞米松治疗的患者进行疗效比较。结果:大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗急性播散性脑脊髓炎疗效满意,值得应用。
