| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄连水煎剂对小鼠肠道菌群的调整作用。方法：用抗生素造成小鼠肠道菌群失调，然后给予黄连水煎剂，检测肠道正常菌群的变化。结果：黄连水煎剂治疗组小鼠肠菌数明显增多。结论：黄连水煎剂对小鼠肠道正常菌群失调有调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Obseivng the function of boiling Rhizoma coptidis on intestinal microflora of mouse Methods:was imbalance of intestional flora of mouse It made by antibiotics and then boiling Rhizoma Coptidis was used for the mouse Cheeking the change of normal intestnal microflora.Results:The number of intestinal microflora of mouse given boiling Rhizoma coptidis have increasecl effciently.Conclusion:The boiling Rhizoma coptidis have a runction to regulate alteration of intestinal flora. |
