局麻下改良Kugel补片在老年腹股沟疝修补术中的应用体会

目的评价改良Kugel补片在老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术中应用的安全可靠性。方法回顾分析2005年9月至2010年3月,我院对286例老年腹股沟疝患者应用改良Kugel补片在局麻下行324例无张力疝修补术,观察手术时间、住院时间和术后近远期并发症发生率。结果本组手术时间单侧平均41 min,双侧平均84 min,所有患者均于术后1~5 d痊愈出院,平均住院时间为3.8 d。发生切口明显疼痛3例,阴囊血肿1例。全组未出现缺血性睾丸炎、切口感染、尿潴留等术后并发症。244例（85.3%）获得随访,随访时间3~52个月,无复发。结论局麻下改良Kugel补片在治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床应用中,具有安全、舒适、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得推广。

Experiences of Modified Kugel Patch under Local Anesthesia in Senile Inguinal Hernia Repair
