| 摘 要： | 目的分析隔药灸对感音神经性耳聋患者血液流变学的影响。方法将60例感音神经性耳聋患者随机分为两组,观察组30例用隔药灸治疗,对照组30例用静脉滴注加肌肉注射等药物治疗,2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察比较两组的疗效及血液流变学指标的变化。结果观察组和对照组治疗前血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗前后血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而对照组治疗前后血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后观察组和对照组血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为63.33%、16.67%,总有效率分别为100.00%、60.00%,两组痊愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论感音神经性耳聋患者存在血液流变学异常,隔药灸能改善其血液流变学状况,进而增强其疗效。
