| 摘 要： | 目的由于长期的尿酸增高会导致尿酸盐沉积和肾脏损害,探讨高尿酸血症的中医证候学特点,以期为高尿酸血症患者提供更好的治疗方法。方法收集105例社区高尿酸血症患者的临床资料,按照ZY/T001.1~001.9-94《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中对痛风的证候分类,分析归纳其中医证候特点。结果高尿酸血症患者的临床症状多为形体肥胖（73.33%）、口苦或口腻（72.38%）、便秘（72.38%）等实证表现;舌脉表现多为舌质红、舌苔黄腻、脉弦或脉滑。高尿酸血症以湿热蕴结的标实证为主要证型（45.71%）,其次是痰浊阻滞证（33.33%）、瘀血阻滞证（14.29%）和肝肾阴虚证（0.67%）。结论高尿酸血症的主要病理因素是痰和湿,最常见证型是湿热蕴结证,其次是痰浊阻滞证。
