| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳管内视镜对伴有乳头溢液的乳腺癌的诊断价值．方法自2000年10月一2003年10月对570例乳头溢液患者行乳管内视镜检查。结果对43例经手术后病理证实为乳昧癌患者的溢液性状及内视镜下表现进行了分析。43例患者中，导管癌31例，导管内癌4例，乳头状瘤灶性癌变8例，诊断符合率为81．4％(35／43)。结论导管内视镜检查对有乳头溢液的乳腺癌患者是一项安全、有效的检查方法，为乳腺癌的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗提供了一个全新的方法，

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of duct endoscopy in diagnosis of breast cancer with nipple discharge. Methods During Oct. 2000 to Oct. 2003, 570 patients with nipple discharge underwent duct endoscopy.Results Among 43 cases of breast cancer there were auct cancer 31cases,endoduct cancer 4 cases,pappilla cancer change 8 cases,diagrosis correction rate is 81.4%(35/43).Conclusion For patients of breast cancer with nipple discharge using duct endoscopy is a test of safety, economy and effectuality. It provide a new method for early finding? diagnosing and treatment. |
