| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消化内镜在监控管理中发现问题进行分析解决，从而达到质量控制持续改进的目的。方法查找内镜清洗消毒过程中每个环节问题，分析影响清洗消毒效果的原因；制定落实持续改进在内镜清洗消毒的过程中具体措施；修改护理质量考核标准，加强清洗消毒质量监督。结果在监控管理中认真执行《内镜清洗消毒技术规范》的要求，使内镜清洗消毒质量得到了持续改进，内镜监测灭菌生长均达到合格的标准，保证了医疗安全。结论持续改进内镜清洗消毒的监控管理，有助于提高整体护理服务质量，确保医疗安全，防止医院感染的发生。
