| 摘 要： | 目的:研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血造血祖细胞(HPC)水平与病程发展的关系。方法:采用SYS-MEXXE-2100型血液细胞分析仪测定SLE患者外周血中HPC水平。结果:患者组在活动期时,HPC水平显著增高(P<0.01),随着病情的稳定,HPC水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:SLE患者外周血HPC水平与病程发展密切相关,其诊断敏感性和特异性显著高于血小板、血红蛋白、网织红细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between the level of hematopoietic progenitor cells(HPC) and the process of the pathology in the patients of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods: The level of HPC in patients with SLE was assayed with SYSMEX XE-2100 blood analyzer.Results: The level of HPC was obviously increased(P<0.01) in pathology activated stage,and decreased(P<0.01) in stable stage in patients group.Conclusion: There is strong relationship between the level of HPC and pathology process.HPC has a higher sensibility and specificity than platelet,hemoglobin,reticulocyte in the diagnosis of SLE. |
