| 摘 要： | 目的 :从组织培养的角度出发 ,对传统的快速繁殖体系作一些改进。方法 :查阅国内外的相关文献。结果 :总结了半夏组织培养的条件和研究成果。讨论 :组织培养中需进一步研究愈伤组织和小块茎的结构。另外 ,可从以下几个方面进行改进 :选择最佳激素配比、分化能力最强的外植体、一次性成苗方式和合理的移栽时间。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the rapid propagation system of Pinellia ternata. Method: Documentaries at home and abroad were consulted. Result: The tissue culture's conditions and research results of P. ternata were summarized. Conclusion: Advanced research on the structure of calli and litter tubercle should be made. Traditional rapid propagation system may be improved from the following aspects: the best cooperation of hormones ,the most active ex plant, one time culture and suitable transplant. |
