ICD编码重组应用在临床路径同质化管理中的实践

临床路径是对某一类疾病实施的一套标准化诊疗程序,临床路径管理首先要对同种临床路径实行同质化管理。采用专家会议法选择医疗管理专家、病案统计人员和临床医师共同讨论,重组一套适合我院临床路径同质化管理需求的临床路径病种的疾病、手术编码组,以电子化方式控制收治范围,有效达到临床路径同质化管理的目的。在此基础上可进一步实现临床路径的实时监控管理和分析评估。

Practice on Homogeneous Management of Clinical Pathway with Recombinant ICD Coding

The clinical pathway is a set of standard diagnosis and treatment procedures which is implemented for a kind of diseases.The first step of clinical pathway is homogeneous management.We have recombined a set of coding group of diseases and procedures with the needs of hospital clinical pathway homogenization through discussion by medical experts,medical statisticians and clinicians, with which the information system can control the type of disease admitted.We have achieved the purpose of homogeneous management of clinical pathway.On the basis of that,we can further realize the real-time monitoring management and assessment of the clinical pathway.
