预防接种服务模式的对照研究

目的探索不同预防接种服务模式的实施效果,满足不同区域居民对预防接种服务的要求,提高预防接种服务质量。方法选择3个县的9个接种单位,分析城市预防接种门诊、乡(镇,下同)预防接种门诊、村入户接种3种服务模式的常规免疫接种率,疫苗、注射器使用情况。结果3种预防接种服务模式报告接种率的差异无显著的统计学意义;城市预防接种门诊服务质量优于乡预防接种门诊和村入户接种;城市和乡预防接种门诊调查的五种疫苗(卡介苗、乙型肝炎疫苗、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗、百白破联合疫苗、麻疹减毒活疫苗)接种率、乙型肝炎疫苗首针及时接种率明显高于入户接种,预防接种门诊的疫苗、注射器损耗率低于入户接种。结论要结合不同区域人口分布、地理环境、经济发展等因素选择预防接种服务模式;应创造条件,积极倡导、推广预防接种门诊,不断完善预防接种门诊建设。

Control Research on Routine Children Immunization Service Format

Objective To assess the different kinds of immunization service formats in different areas,and to identify the most cost-effective immunization service strategy for the local situation.Methods Nine immunization units of three counties of routine rate of vaccination were selected and were given the instance of vaccine and injector.Results The odds of the different kinds of immunization service formats is not significant.But the city's immunization clinic servicing quality and the rate of BCG,HepB,OPV,DPT,MV vaccination and HepB the first immunization and the wear down of vaccine are excellent compared with the country's vaccination in doors.Conclusion The different region choice the different kinds of immunization service formats,keeping on consummate immunization clinic is necessary.
