胰腺癌组织中HSP90和IGF-1R的表达及临床意义

目的探讨热休克蛋白90（HSP90）和胰岛素样生长因子-1受体（IGF-1R）在胰腺癌中表达与胰腺癌生物学特性间的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision两步法检测45例胰腺癌组织及20例癌旁正常组织中HSP90和IGF-1R的表达情况。结果胰腺癌组织中HsP90与IGF-1R表达率分别为73．3％（33／45）、62．2％（28／45）。显著高于癌旁正常胰腺组织的表达20％（4／20）、10．0％（2／20）（P〈O．01），二者均与组织分化程度呈负相关（P〈0．01）。与淋巴结转移及临床分期呈正相关（P〈0．01），两者表达也呈正相关（r=0．670，P〈0．01）。结论HSP90和IGF-1R在胰腺癌组织中均高表达，与癌旁正常组织有显著差异（P〈0．01），两者表达也呈正相关（r=0．670，P〈0．01），两者在胰腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。

Expression and clinical significance of HSP90 and IGF-1R in pancreatic carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression of heat shock protein 90 （HSP90） and insulin-like growth factor -1 receptor （IGF-1R） and biological features of pancreatic cancer among mutual relations in pancreatic cancer. Methods. The expression of HSPg0 and IGF-1R in 45 pancreatic cancer cases and 20 cases of normal tissues adjacent were investigated. There the expression were detected using Envision two-step immunohistochemical method. Results There expression rates of HSPg0 and IGF-1R were 73.3% （33/45）、62.2% （28/45） in pancreatic cancer patients,, significantly higher than the adjacent normal pancreatic tissue （20.0%, 4/20）、10.0%（2/20）（P〈0.01 ）.Both the extent of organization differentiation were negatively correlated （P〈0.01）,and lymph node metastasis and clinical stage was positively correlated （P〈0.01）. both expression were positively correlated （r =0.670,P〈0.01）. Conclusions HSPg0 and IGF-1R were highly expressed in pancreatic carcinoma cases and both expression were positively correlated （r = 0.670,P〈0.01）, and play an important role in the occurrence and development process of the pancreatic cancer.
