宫腔镜、B超联合诊断宫腔病变的效果分析

目的检验宫腔镜、B超联合检查诊断宫腔病变的准确率。方法83例患者通过宫腔镜B超联合检查的结果，和单纯B超与病理检查的结果相比较。结果宫腔镜B超联合检查宫腔病变的结果和单纯B超检查结果相比，有非常显著的差异（P〈0．01），和病理检查结果相比，符合率为98．8％。结论单纯用宫腔镜或B超诊断宫腔病变均有其局限性，并容易造成误诊、漏诊。而宫腔镜B超联合诊断，不仅提高了诊断的准确率，并和病理检查结果相接近，还可避免创伤性检查带来的不利因素。

Diagnosis of the Combination of Hysteroscopy and ultrasound B on Interauterine Pathological Changes
