宫颈鳞癌组织中上皮性钙黏附蛋白、CD44 V6、nm23-H1的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织中上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)、CD44V6和nm23-H1的表达.方法:应用免疫组织化学技术,以14例正常宫颈上皮为对照,分别检测94例子宫颈浸润性鳞癌(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期59例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期35例,高分化(Ⅰ级)23例,中等分化(Ⅱ级)46例,低分化(Ⅲ级)25例)及其中46例淋巴结转移组织中E-cad、CD44V6和nm23-H1的蛋白表达.结果:正常宫颈、宫颈癌组织及淋巴结转移组织中E-cad蛋白、CD44V6、nm23-H1蛋白阳性表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).E-cad,CD44V6的表达均与组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,nm23-H1仅与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关(P均<0.05).子宫颈鳞癌组织中,E-cad表达与CD44V6表达呈负相关(r=-0.225,P<0.05),CD44V6表达与nm23-H1表达呈负相关(r=-0.282,P<0.05).结论:E-cad、CD44V6和nm23-H1可能直接参与子宫颈鳞癌的浸润、转移过程.

Abstract:Aim: To study the expression of E-cadherin (E-cad), CD_ 44V_6 and nm23-H_1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue (CSCC).Methods: The expression of the E-cad,CD_ 44V_6 and nm23-H_1 was detected in 14 cases of normal cervical mucosa, 94 cases of invasive CSCC and 46 cases of cervical carcinoma with lymph node metastases using immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of E-cad, CD_ 44V_6, and nm23-H_1 in 3 groups had significant difference (P< 0.05). The expression of E-cad, CD_ 44V_6 was correlated with histological grades, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, while that of nm23-H_1 was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of E-cad was negatively correlated with CD_ 44V_6 (r=-0.225,P<0.05), and the expression of CD_ 44V_6 was negatively correlated with nm23-H_1 (r=-0.282,P<0.05). Conclusion: E-cad,CD_ 44V_6 and nm23-H_1 may involve in the process of the invasion and metastasis in CSCC.
