微波联合利福平治疗溃疡型淋巴结结核的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察微波照射联合利福平粉末局部换药治疗溃疡型淋巴结结核的临床效果。方法选取我科溃疡型淋巴结结核患者95例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予相同的抗结核方案,即3HRZE/6HR;治疗组应用利福平粉末局部换药,并加用微波局部照射治疗,每次照射15 min,每日1次,治疗4周;对照组无局部用药,无微波照射;分别于治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者症状改善明显,分泌物减少迅速,溃疡面或窦道愈合较快,肿块减小速度增快,病程缩短。治疗组的治愈率和总显效率明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论用利福平粉末局部换药,并加用微波局部照射治疗溃疡型淋巴结结核有效。

Clinical observation of microwave irradiation combined with rifampin in the treatment of ulcerated type of lymph node tuberculosis

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of microwave irradiation combined with rifampin in the partial dressing treatment of ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis. Methods 95 patients with ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients were given the same anti-TB program, 3HRZE/6HR, and the treatment group used rifampicin powder dressing, combined with microwave irradiation therapy. Every exposure lasted for 15 minutes, once a day. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The control group had no local treatment or microwave irradiation. The curative effect was compared in the two groups. Results The clinical symptoms improved more significantly, secretion decreased rapidly, ulcers or sinus healed faster, and mass decreased faster in the treatment group than in the control group. The course of disease was obviously shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. The cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Rifampicin powder dressing combined with mi-crowave irradiation is effective in the treatment of ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis.
