氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷材料生物相容性的研究

摘    要:目的:对研制的氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷材料的生物学性能进行初步评估。方法:采用体外生物学实验方法,对研制的氧化铝及Vit Inceram Alumina的溶血度进行检测。结果:两种材料的溶血度分别为0.7356%、0.441%,均低于5.0%。结论:两种陶瓷材料均不会发生溶血,被步认为具有良好的生物相容性。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility of glass infiltrated alumina ceramics.Methods:In vitro biological test was used to exam the hemolysis of alumia and Vita IN-ceram Alumina.Results:The hemolysis of alumina and Vita In-ceram Alumina were 0 735%and 0 441%,respectively,which was lower than 5%.Conclusion:Both kinds of ceramics do not result in hemolysis so they are considered tentatively to have good biocompatibility.
