云南省农村妇女对生殖道感染干预服务的需求和利用

目的了解云南省农村妇女对生殖道感染干预服务的利用现状,并对需求进行分析,提出促进干预服务利用的建议。方法采用定量、定性研究的方法,对云南省弥勒、陇川两个试点县2167名农村妇女进行问卷调查,并对县、乡、村三级生殖健康服务机构的管理者、服务提供者和社区群众进行了小组访谈及个人访谈。结果干预前后妇女的生殖道感染患病率从53·5%下降为46·1%,多数妇女对医生的态度、保密性、服务的方便性、就诊时间等方面较为满意,但超过50%认为医生和患者之间的信息交流不够,尤其是充分和满意的咨询服务。结论农村妇女对生殖道感染防治服务的需求尚未满足,育龄妇女对生殖道感染干预服务的利用受到需求和服务质量的影响。

Demands and Needs, Utilization of Reproductive Tract Infections Service among Women in Suburbs of Yunnan

Objective: To know about demands and needs, utilization of reproductive tract infections (RTIs) services in order to offer some advices and recommendations for promoting service quality. Methods: 2,167 rural women in two counties of Yunnan had questionnaire investigation, and three grades of governors, service providers and community crowds in county, township and village had individual and group interviews by means of quantitative and qualitative research. Results: After intervening the prevalence rate of RTIs dropped from 53.5% to 46.1%. Most of them were satisfied with services providers' attitude, privacy, convenience and service schedule. However, more than 50% rural women thinked it was insufficient for communication with the doctors, particularly sufficient and satisfying counseling services. Conclusion: Rural women have more demands and needs for RTIs services, and their utilization degree for RTIs services is affected by service quality.
