经穴特异性研究进展

经穴特异性理论是中医针灸理论的重要组成部分,它既是经络理论研究的切入点,又是针灸临床合理选穴配方以提高疗效的关键。但近年来国外不少学者发表文章,质疑经穴存在特异性,这已引起国内外学者的广泛关注,使经穴特异性研究成为针刺镇痛之后被国际认同的又一新的研究领域。在国家973计划项目"基于临床的经穴特异性基础研究"等重大项目的资助下,通过采用多学科研究手段,初步证实经穴效应存在特异性,总结出经穴效应具有相对性、循经性、持续性和条件性的特点,并初步探索了经穴效应特异性的生物学基础。就相关研究进展进行了述评,对目前经穴特异性研究中对照组设计、临床试验方案设计、研究载体选择和经穴特异性影响因素等方面进行了分析。在今后的研究中,还需围绕其基本规律、科学基础和关键影响因素等继续深入,并同时充分吸纳交叉学科技术、整合国际优势资源,以期全面系统地阐释经穴特异性理论。

Progress in acupoint specificity research

Acupoint specificity is an important basis for explaining acupoints functions and guiding clinical treatment. At present, acupoint specificity has attracted close attention, and become a new research project, attracting scholars home and abroad. The Chinese Ministry of Science approved and initiated the 973 project "Basic research on acupoints specificity based on clinical efficacy". The research team had been initially confirmed the presence of acupoint specificity, and summed up the effect with meridianal, relative, continuous and conditional characteristics; the meridianal is the most basic law. Biological basis researches on acupoint specificity finds that the acupoint state influence acupoint specificity, and degranulation of mast cell in point area related to acupoint specificity. In this paper we makes a review on research progress in the research on the meridian. In future study, we still need study around its basic law, science foundation and the key factors, and at the same time fully absorb the interdisciplinary technology, integration of international advantage resources, in order to comprehensive interpretation of the meridian specificity theory.
