| 摘 要： | 目的利用心电图机描记、分析树鼩生长过程心律与心肌情况,并观察其演变过程.方法用心电图机记录临床常用的九个导联,即标准Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ.加压单极肢体导联avR、aVL、aVF,单极胸联V1、V3、V5,观察各重量组动物心电图各导联P-QRS-T波特征.结果各组动物未出现心律失常或特异性S-T、T、P波改变.结论符合正常心电图特征. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze cardiac rhythm and myocardium status in the growth process of tree threw by observing electrocardiogram,to reveal the changes in electrolyte balance,cardiac atrium and ventricle,and to identify the blood supply of coronary artery of tree threw in artificial feeding condition.Methods The electrocardiogram of tree threw was recorded by using electrocardiogram machine with common nine leads,namely standard Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.Augmented uniporlar limb leads（avR,aVL,aVF）and unipolar chest leads（V1,V3,V5）were used to observe the characteristics of P-QRS-T in the electrocardiogram of tree threw.Result Animals in each group did not appear arrhythmia or the particular S-T,T,P wave changes.Conclusion The electrocardiogram of tree threw is normal. |
