老年病房的护理风险管理

目的使护理风险系数降到最低程度,保障病人与护理人员安全。方法通过分析老年病房存在的风险问题,根据老年疾病的特点、护理人员因素、病人自身的因素、环境因素、医源性因素,提出护理风险管理的对策。结果拓宽护理管理者对老年病区风险管理的思路和方法、强化护士的风险意识,促进了医院护理管理质量。结论对危险因素评估;强化法制观念,增强自我保护意识;制定安全护理管理原则;健全和落实各项规章制度;实施人文关怀,更新服务理念可以降低护理风险。

Risk management of nursing in geriatric ward

Objective To reduce the index of nursing risk to the lowest degree,and to ensure the safety of patients and nursing staffs.Methods By analyzing the risk problems existed in geriatric wards,we proposed the countermeasures of management of nursing risk according to the characters of geriatric diseases,the factors of nursing staffs,the patients' factors,the environmental factors and the iatrogenic factors.Results The management quality of nursing was improved through broadening the ideas and methods of nursing managers for the risk management in geriatric wards,and strengthening the nurses' risk consciousness.Conclusions It can reduce the nursing risk by evaluating the risk factors,strengthening the legal concept,enhancing the self-protected consciousness,establishing the management principle of safe nursing,perfecting and carrying out the rules and system,implementing the humanistic care and updating the service idea.
