| 摘 要： | 近年来川崎病的发病率明显上升，目前在医疗条件较好的国家，川崎病已取代风湿热成为儿童获得性心血管病的首要病因，因此引起儿科临床医生的普遍重视。现将其流行病学特点、发病机理、诊断及治疗的研究进展综述如下。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the incidence of kawasaki disease increased obviously.Instead of rheumatic fever,kawasaki disease has become the leading cause of acquired cardiovascular diseases of child in developed countries,where have the better medical care.Therefore,this disease cause a great concern and is studied widely by clinical pediatric doctors.The author reviews the advance on the epidemic characteristic,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of kawasaki disease in recent years. |
