| 摘 要： | 目的探讨狂犬病的预防与控制,加强对狂犬病的知识宣传。方法对3例来浦东新区人民医院就诊的狂犬病病人的资料进行分析。结果 3例狂犬病病人均未进行正确的伤口处理和疫苗接种,在明确诊断后24小时内死亡。结论对暴露人群采取正确的伤口处理和疫苗接种,加强健康教育,是预防狂犬病的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and control of rabies, and to strengthen mass media propaganda and education to prevent rabies. Methods A retrospective study was carried out and analyzed of 3 rabies cases in Chongming People’s Hospital. Results These 3 rabies cases were all dead in 24 hours after definite diagnosis due to the lack of correct wound treatment and vaccine injection. Conclusion It is the effective measure in preventing rabies to aggrandize health education, correct wound treatment and application of rabies vaccines to exposed population. |
