黄芪真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病35例的临床研究

目的]观察运用黄芪真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病35例的临床疗效。方法]将60例确诊为IgA肾病且辨证为脾肾阳虚型患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,给予黄芪真武汤治疗;对照组25例,口服雷公藤多甙片、洛丁新。结果]治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率为56.0%,并且治疗组能够明显改善临床症状,有效降低蛋白尿,减轻血尿,降低血清肌酐、尿素氮、升高血清白蛋白,提高患者体质,防止疾病向重症发展。结论]黄芪真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Huangqi Zhenwu Decoction Treating IgA Nephropathy of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney
