| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性调查地震对癫病人发作频率的影响。方法电话或门诊随访曾在我院就诊的和地震后来我院就诊的地震灾区癫病人,得到癫发作类型、地震前后发作频率等资料,进行统计分析。结果28例病人中23例地震后较地震前癫发作增加,地震前发作频率平均每人1.47次/月,地震后第1个月平均发作2.42次,两者比较有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地震作为一种自然灾害,与癫发作频率增加之间有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of earthquake on the seizure frequency of patients with epilepsy.Methods Informations about seizure type and frequency derived from telephone and face to face follow-up of 28 patients were analyzed.Results Of the 28 patients,23 patients showed an increase in seizure frequency one month after the earthquake,compared with before the earthquake.The results proved to be statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Our data support that there is a relation between earthquake and seizure frequency. |
