摘    要:目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)和氧自由基(O-2)对培养大鼠皮层神经细胞的损伤作用及两种损伤因素间的关系。方法:应用原代大鼠皮层神经细胞培养方法,研究外源性损伤因素的作用。结果:①以硝普钠(SNP)为NO供体的损伤组较对照组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放量显著增高,而细胞存活率显著降低,加入SOD后SNP的损伤作用减轻。②O-2损伤组的结果与NO损伤组结果相似,同时应用O-2和NO组对神经细胞的损伤作用显著高于单独应用O-2组或NO组。结论:NO和O-2都能造成培养的大鼠皮层神经细胞损伤,并且二者之间存在协同作用

Abstract:Objective:To study the damage to cultured rat cortical cells due to nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide (O - 2),and to explore the relationship between NO and O - 2.Methods:Using primary cortical cell cultures to study damaging factors.Results:①Compared with control group,the Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) release caused by SNP (the provider of NO) increased significantly ( P <0 01),and the survival rate decreased significantly ( P <0 01).②The results of O - 2 damage to neuron were similar to those of SNP.More serious damage was caused by using NO and O - 2 together than by using NO or O - 2 separately ( P <0 01).Conclusion:Both NO and O - 2 can cause damage to cultured rat cortrical cells,and there is cooperation between them.
