生物电阻抗断层成像技术的基础研究

摘    要:We studied the characteristics of electrical impedance of animal tissues in vivo and in vitro. And an EIT hardware system based on physical phantom with 32 electrodes is completed. We mainly focused our research on the reconstruction model and algorithm:completed the Equal Potential Back Projection algorithm in dynamic EIT and Newton -Raphson algorithm in static Err and proposed a serial new reconstruction algorithms named General Inversion algorithm and Modified N - R algorithm. We implemented them in computer simulation study and phantom imaging, a better results have been obtained.
