| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌疾病之一.研究显示,1型糖尿病患者中PCOS或高雄激素血症的发病率非常高,且这些患者的临床表现较轻.传统观点认为肥胖和胰岛索抵抗是PCOS的常见原因,但是不能用于解释此类PCOS的发病机制.现对1型糖尿病合并PCOS的发病机制、危害和防治手段进行阐述.

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) is the most common endocrine disease in reproductive age women. A series of studies showed that in type 1 diabetics, the prevalence of PCOS or hyperandrogenism was high. Moreover they had less severe clinical manifestations. In traditional opinion, obesity and insulin resistance are main causes of PCOS. But it is hard to explain the mechanism of type 1 diabetes combining with PCOS. Here focuses on the mechanism, farmfulness and treatment of type 1 diabetes combining with PCOS. |
