利用留置针结合注射疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

[目的]探讨两种方法治疗颈椎病的效果.[方法]将120例颈椎病病人随机分观察组和对照组,对照组采用小针刀进行治疗,观察组在小针刀治疗基础上利用留置针结合注射疗法进行治疗.[结果]治疗后2周及治疗后6个月观察组显效率高于对照组(P＜0.01).[结论]利用留置针可使小针刀治疗和注射疗法有机地结合起来,操作简便,疗效更加确切.

Observation on therapeutic effect of indwelling needle and injection therapy to treat cervical syndrome patients

To probe into the effect of two different therapies on treating cervic al syndrome patients. Method: A total of 120 cervical syndrome patients were div ided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group were given the rapy with indwelling needle and injection based on the small needle-blade therap y. While patients of control group were given the small needle-blade treatment only. Res ult: The effective rate of the test group was higher than that of control group 6 months after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is easy and ha s a good therape utic effect to use indwelling needle and combined with the small needle-blade th erapy and injection therapy together perfectly.
