参银制剂抗衰老作用的研究

摘    要:目的 研究参银制剂的抗衰老作用。方法 采用小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖实验、小鼠溶血素 (HC50 )和小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定、SOD活性测定、小鼠负重游泳和耐缺氧实验。观察不同剂量的参银制剂抗衰老作用。结果 参银制剂能明显提高老龄小鼠大脑 SOD活性 ;延长小鼠负重游泳和常压耐缺氧时间 ;明显促进老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬活性 ,提高小鼠脾细胞的抗体产生能力。结论 参银制剂具有明显的增强小鼠免疫功能 ,增加抗氧化能力和较好的抗疲劳、抗应激效果 ,有可能作为抗衰老药物而用于临床

Abstract:Objective To study effect of mixture of Panax quinquefolium L.and Ginkgo biloba L (AGM) on the anti aging of mice in vivo and in vitro. Methods We used the lymphocyte transformation and multiplication test, hemolysin concentration (HC 50 ) test, SOD activity test, weight loading swim test and tolerance test induced by deficiency oxygen to observe the anti aging effect of AGM of different dosages. Results AGM could obviously increase the SOD activity in brain in aged mice, prolong the time of loading swim of mice and increase the alive duration of tolerance test induced by deficiency oxygen when AGM was given for 7~14 days. AGM also promoted the lymphocyte transformation and multiplication activity in mice in vivo and in vitro. Conclusions AGM could enhance the immune function, prompt the ability of anti oxidation, anti fatigue and anti stress, so it might become an drug for anti aging. .
