| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以大承气颗粒剂为主要方剂的中西医结合疗法对严重烧伤合并腹腔间隙综合征的治疗效果。方法:将17例并发腹腔间隙综合征的烧伤患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(A组)和常规治疗对照组(B组),A组10例采用以大承气颗粒剂为主要方剂的中西医结合综合治疗,B组7例常规治疗。结果:膀胱内压、平均动脉压、尿量、便量和氧合情况等指标A组优于B组。结论:以大承气颗粒剂为主要方剂的中西医结合治疗,可有效预防和治疗烧伤后腹腔间隙综合征,降低多器官功能障碍综合征的发生率。 |
