脊柱源性疾病学理论与技术研创述要

总结笔者18年来脊柱源性疾病学的研究述要，包括理论研究和技术创新。其理论研究：①提出、论证大脊柱概念、人体脊椎中心论和“全息失衡标志-脊柱-脏器疾病相关”学说；②揭示脊柱源性疾病的概念内涵与发病机制；③建立脊柱源性疾病的人文整体诊疗观念；④建构脊柱源性疾病学的学科框架。其技术创新：①发明多维全息诊查法、人体斑痣诊测法；②研创脊柱源性病症的“身-心-灵-境”四维解析法；③研发三步针罐疗法、三维调神针法等系列新技术；④建构集预防、治疗和康复于一体的“脊柱源性疾病单元疗法”。综上基本形成了脊柱医学的新学科、新流派，具有重大理论与临床意义。

A Review on Medical Theory and Technological Innovation of Spine-original Disease

The study reviews the research progress in spine-original disease medicine from the writer's experience during 18 years including theoretical research and technological innovation. A review of theoretical research is as follows:①The large spine concept, the human spine center and ”holographic imbalances logo-spine-organ disease” theories are proposed and proved. ②It reveals the connotation and pathogenesis of spinal-original diseases. ③The whole humanity concept of diagnosis and treatment for spine-original diseases is established. ④Framework of spine-original disease medi-cine is constructed. A review of technology innovation is as follows:①The multi-dimensional holographic checkups and human stains diagnostic test methods are invented. ②The”body-mind-spirit-realm” of four-dimensional analytical meth-od for spine-original diseases is innovated. ③The new technologies such as three-step acupuncture and cupping therapy and three-tone magic act are developed. ④A set of ”spine-original disease of unit therapy” including prevention, treat-ment and rehabilitation is constructed. The new discipline and genre of spine medicine has been established.
