摘    要:目的 探讨左胸微创切口手术在老年食管癌的应用效果.方法 选择2012年1月—2015年8月收治的食管癌73例,按手术方法 分为观察组37例和对照组36例,观察组行左胸微创切口食管癌根治术,对照组行传统食管癌根治术,观察两组围术期及术后相关指标变化、围术期应激反应及术后并发症发生情况.结果 两组淋巴结清扫数目比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组手术时间与术中出血量均少于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05).两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 左胸微创切口手术在老年食管癌的临床应用效果较好,安全性较高.

Effect Observation of Left Thorax of Minimally Invasive Incision Surgery in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Esophageal Cancer
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of left thorax of minimally invasive incision surgery in treatment of elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 73 patients with esophageal cancer admitted during Janu-ary 2012 and August 2015 were divided into observation group (n=37) and control group (n=36) according to surgical methods. The observation group underwent left thorax of minimally invasive incision and radical operation for esophageal cancer, while the control group underwent with traditional radical operation for esophageal cancer. The changes of periop-erative and postoperative indexes, incidence rates of perioperative stress reactions and postoperative complications in the two groups were observed. Results The differences in the number of cleared lymph nodes between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The values of operation time and intraoperative blood loss volume were less, and the pain degree in the observation group was milder than those in the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion The left thorax of minimally invasive incision surgery in treatment of elderly patients with esophageal cancer may achieve good effect safely.
