注射用骨瓜提取物对四肢骨折愈合的预后效果

目的：探讨注射用骨瓜提取物在四肢骨折患者治疗中促进骨折愈合的临床作用。方法对2013年12月—2015年6月收治四肢骨折患者118例进行回顾性分析,将其依据治疗方案分成观察组和对照组,各59例。对照组术后给予双氧芬酸钠口服联合头孢唑啉钠静脉注射,观察组同时加用注射用骨瓜提取物治疗,观察和记录两组患者骨折愈合时间、功能恢复等指标的差异。结果观察组肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间和各部位骨折愈合时间均显著低于对照组(P<0．05,P<0．01)。观察组在术后14和28 d骨痂密度评分以及术后6个月患侧肢体功能优良率均显著优于对照组(P<0．05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论注射用骨瓜提取物在四肢骨折患者中应用具有减轻患者疼痛、肿胀、促进骨折愈合和患侧肢体功能恢复的作用。

Effect of Gugua Extractives Injection on Prognosis of Limb Fracture Healing

Objective To investigate clinical effects of Gugua Extractives Injection in promoting fracture healing of patients with limb fractures. Methods Clinical data of 118 patients with limbs fractures admitted between December 2013 and June 2015 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into observation group (n=59) and con-trol group (n=59) according to treatment methods. Control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium orally combined with intravenous injection of Cefazolin Sodium, and observation group was injected with Gugua Extractives Injection at the same time. Differences in indexes such as fracture healing time and functional recovery between two groups were observed and recorded. Results Compared with those in control group, regression times of swelling, pain and fracture healing were significantly shorter (P<0. 05, P<0. 01); bony callus density scores on the 14th and 28th d after operation and fineness rate of affected limb function 6 months after operation were significantly better (P<0. 05). There was no signifi-cant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Gugua Extractives Injection can relieve pain and swelling, and promote healing and recovery of affected limb function in patients with limbs fractures.
