摘    要:目的:通过优化的模糊物元分析方法评价当归不同品系种子的质量,为中药质量的控制提供一种新的方法。方法采用AHP法优化的模糊物元法对4种不同品系来源当归种子的质量进行综合评价与分析,构建了涵盖3个层次(目标层、标准层和指标层),6个指标(千粒重、发芽率、种子活力、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)的当归种子综合评价指标体系。结果生物育种选育的种子质量最优;正常种子质量优于抽薹种子;药材市售种子不可使用。结论基于AHP法的模糊物元法使用简单、易于计算,对于当归种子质量进行综合分析是一种实用、快捷、有效的多层次的综合评价方法。

Application of Optimal Fuzzy Matter Element Model Based on AHP Method in Evaluation of Quality of Angelica Sinensis Seeds
Abstract:Objective To evaluate quality of different strains of Angelica Sinensis seeds by optimal fuzzy matter element model based on analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) method, and to provide a new method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicines ( TCM) . Methods Comprehensive evaluation and analysis for quality of 4 different strains of Angelica Sinensis seeks were performed, using optimal fuzzy matter element method based on AHP method, and com-prehensively evaluated system was built up, which contained 3 levels (target, criterion and index) and 6 indexes [1000-seed weight, germination rate, seed vitality, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase, and catalase]. Results The quality of seeds by biological breeding techniques were the best. Quality of normal seeds was better than that of botting seeds, and commercial seeds sold in the markets must not be used. Conclusion: Fuzzy matter element model based on AHP method is easy to use and calculate, and it is a practical, quick, effective and multi-levelmethod in comprehensive analysis of quality of Angelica Sinensis seeds.
